No processing by third parties will take place unless authorised by the data subject or required by law. However, in order to properly provide the service, data may be communicated to service providers (such as applications, hosting providers, accounting services, etc.) who will act as Data Processors. These parties will enter into a contract ensuring a level of security equivalent to that of the Data Controller.

This processing is carried out solely to ensure the provision, security, and availability of the services, by adopting appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, or loss of data.
